About Dental Community Compliance
Simplifying compliance for safer, stronger dental practices.
Dental Community Compliance was created to help dental practices manage training, documentation, workplace safety, infection prevention, and recurring compliance responsibilities with greater confidence and less stress.
After working with hundreds of dental offices, I saw how difficult it could be for teams to keep up with changing requirements, employee turnover, training deadlines, and stacks of paperwork. Many practices wanted to do the right thing but lacked a simple, organized system to help them stay on track.
That experience inspired me to create Dental Community Compliance—a practical solution designed around the real needs of busy dental practices.Make dental compliance easier to understand, easier to manage, and easier to maintain.
Our goal is simple:
Make dental compliance easier to understand, easier to manage, and easier to maintain.
A Commitment to Community
Throughout my career in dentistry, I have always felt drawn to helping underserved individuals and communities. When I created Dental Community Compliance, giving back was an important part of the vision.
Our mission extends beyond helping dental practices meet regulatory requirements. We also want to support organizations that provide care, resources, and opportunities to people who need them most.
To help make compliance support more accessible, Dental Community Compliance provides its platform at no cost to qualifying nonprofit organizations. By supporting the teams that serve others, we hope to help create safer workplaces, stronger programs, and healthier communities.
If your nonprofit organization needs a dental compliance solution, we would love to learn more about your work and how we may be able to support you.

Heidi Kephart
Founder of Dental Community Compliance Licensed Dental Assistant, CDIPC, CDSOI have spent more than 20 years in dentistry, beginning my career as a licensed dental assistant and later expanding into dental staffing, infection prevention, workplace safety, compliance education, and practice support.
Over the past 12 years in dental staffing, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand how hundreds of dental offices manage training, documentation, infection control, and employee safety. I have also seen dedicated teams struggle with complicated requirements, inconsistent systems, and limited time.
Those experiences shaped the way I approach compliance today. My goal is not simply to tell dental teams what they are required to do. I want to help them understand the requirements, create practical systems, and feel confident maintaining compliance within the realities of a busy dental practice.
I am passionate about making compliance feel approachable and giving dental teams the tools and confidence they need to create safer, stronger practices.
Dental Community Compliance combines real-world dental experience, specialized education, and simple technology to help practices protect their employees, patients, and businesses.
