With more than 20 years in dentistry as a clinical professional, staffing leader, and compliance educator, I’ve worked with hundreds of dental practices and seen the compliance challenges teams face every day.
I created Dental Community Compliance to give practices the tools, support, and confidence they need to manage compliance—without the overwhelm.
My goal is simple: make compliance less intimidating, less time-consuming, and much more manageable.

Dentistry has been my passion for as long as I can remember—and yes, I really do love teeth.
Through my experience in dental staffing, I had the opportunity to work with and support hundreds of offices. I saw firsthand how difficult it could be for teams to keep up with compliance while managing patients, staffing challenges, employee turnover, and the daily demands of running a practice.
That experience inspired me to create Dental Community Compliance—a platform designed specifically for the way dental offices work.
