My inspiration for starting Dental Community Compliance, stems from my experience in temporary dental staffing. Over the years, I've had the privilege to work in various dental practices, where I've observed a wide variety of compliance standards. It became apparent that many offices were unaware of their compliance deficiencies, and their infection control coordinators often felt overwhelmed and lost. With the onset of COVID, these challenges were magnified, adding complexity to compliance efforts amidst staffing shortages and frequent turnover.

Recognizing the strain this placed on office staff and managers, who struggled to keep up with compliance amidst constant changes, I felt compelled to make a difference. My passion led me to build a streamlined solution for dental offices to easily uphold compliance protocols. By doing so, they could prioritize the safety of their staff and patients while maintaining focus on patient care.

Throughout my time in dentistry, my heart has always been drawn to helping the underserved. As I embarked on the path of establishing Dental Community Compliance, my vision included a commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need. It is my aspiration that this initiative not only ensures dental offices maintain compliance but also serves as a means to contribute to the betterment of society. This way, our efforts extend beyond regulatory adherence, making a tangible difference in the lives of those who require support the most.
